Product Standard
Carried standard:Q/320282DCE073-2007. The enterprise standard has been drawn up according to standards IEC60092、IEC60245、IEC60332、IEC60502 and DIN VDE0298-300,etc.
Conductors shall be flexible copper and adopt rope-lay construction for 6mm² and above. The conductors shall be in accordance with standard GB/T3956, which is equivalent to standards IEC60228/DIN VDE0293 (HD308).
The base material of insulation is EPR, which has properties of ozone resistance and heat-proof aging.
Identification of insulation cores shall comply with requirements of GB5013.
Sheath will be rubber made from CPE、PCP or CSM, which has properties of oil and freezing resistance.
The color for outer sheath is generally black or customized according to special needs.
Mark of Sheath: For example Maker, FDZ-GEYH 1*240 mm² 0.6/1kv etc.

8.2 AC test voltage: 3500V for 5min、4500V for 5min、6800V for 5min.
8.3 Current-carrying capacity: For single cable laying the outer surface at 30℃, it allows continues ACADCA.
9.Thermal properties
9.1 Max. permissible continues operating temperature: 90℃.
9.2 Max. permissible short-circuit temperature: 250℃ (No more than 5 seconds).
9.3 Min. permissible temperature for operation, installation, transport and storage: -40℃
10.Mechanical properties
10.1 Max. permissible tension load is 15N/ mm², considering the full copper section.
10.2 Min. bending radius is five times of outer diameter of the cable.
11.Special performances
11.1 Oil resistance: Test according to DIN EN60811-2-1.
11.2 Flame-retardant: Test according to IEC60332.2 or DIN EN50265-2-1
11.3 Good performance in Resistance to ultra violet radiation
11.4 Max. permissible tension load of cable: 15N/mm²
